| Brantley Security Management Recognized for Obtaining CPP Designation
Louisville, KY (September 12, 2005) – Brantley Security, one of the regions largest private contract security firms, announces that Marianna Agee (Louisville, KY), Bill Schwartz (Cincinnati, OH) and Gordon Hansen (Nashville, TN) were recently recognized at the ASIS International annual seminar for obtaining their Certified Protection Professional (CPP) certification.
CPP is the preeminent designation awarded to individuals whose primary responsibilities are in security management and who have demonstrated advanced knowledge in security solutions and best business practices. In order to be designated as a CPP, security professionals must have nine (9) years of security experience, at least three (3) years of which shall have been in responsible charge of a security function; or a Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited institution of higher education and seven (7) years of security experience, at least three (3) years of which shall have been in responsible charge of a security function.
