Security Officer of the Month - January 2011 is Norma Perkins. Norma started with Brantley in October 2009 and currently works at our AnetOrder account.
Brooks Buckles
Security Officer of the Month - February 2011 is Brooks Buckles. Brooks works at the 1400 Willow Condominium account. Brooks started with Brantley in April of 2007 as an incumbent member of the 1400 Willow security team before Brantley was awarded the contract. He has been working there for over 16 years. Brooks does an excellent job and represents Brantley as well as 1400 Willow, with exceptional service.
Jason Kingsley
Security Officer of the Month - March 2011 is Jason Kingsley. Jason works at our SCS account.
Brian May
Security Officer of the Month April 2011 - is Brian May. Brian has been with Brantley Security since March of 2010. During his time with the company he has quickly moved into more demanding positions and excelled. In his current position as the UPS Airpark Training/Scheduling Supervisor he has been a great asset. With his attention to detail and concern, the Airpark has gone the past 3 months straight with no OT and ran under 1% for quite a while prior. Officer May has quickly become a key player in the Airpark operation and he has the ability to progress further with Brantley in the future if he decides to.

Chris Shinkle
Security Officer of the Month September 2011 is- Chris Shinkle. Officer Shinkle has been with Brantley for 1 ½ years. In this time, he has been one of the most reliable and professional officers on staff. Officer Shinkle started as a PT officer and when needed to cover call offs and vacations, was always willing to assist. When one of our long term console officers retired; Mr. Shinkle stepped up to cover the vacancy. The client was expecting a lower service on the console due to the fact that the previous officer had so much experience. Mr. Shinkle immediately received praise from the client on his abilities with the console duties. Mr. Shinkle has been a great asset to the team since day one and has always been a pleasure to work with.

Chris Barber
Security Officer of the Month - January 2011 is Chris Barber. Chris works at the Nashville Convention Center. He was consistently available for shifts during our staffing crunch throughout the month of January.
Paulette Morris
Security Officer of the Month - February 2011 is Paulette Morris. She is assigned to our First Express account. Paulette has been a model employee while at this account, and has been very flexible with Operations in changing shifts and working extra under tight constraints.
Tristan Tischer
Security Officer of the Month - March 2011 is Tristan Tischer. Tristan is currently assigned to the ALDI account, and has in the past worked as a flex officer for Operations. During the month of March he was instrumental in helping to eliminate overtime by being flexible to work when needed.
Stanley Robinson
Security Officer of the Month - April 2011 is Stanley Robinson. Stanley has been instrumental in assisting the account manager over the past month with training and mentoring of new officers due to some resignations as well as rover and fill in assignments. He made the transition much easier as the account manager has been kept busy with other duties related to the property at the client's request.

Will Coyle
Officer of the Month - January 2011 is Will Coyle. Will joined Brantley Security Services in April 2010, he is very detailed oriented and always goes above and beyond for our clients. Will is on top of his game demonstrating his abilities to provide outstanding hospitality service and keeping the account safe. His attendance and punctuality is perfect always preparing ahead for his next shifts. Communication is a key element for Will on third shift and he always keeps management aware of any on going events. The client greatly appreciates his service and continues to share positive feedback.
Roger Ligon
Officer of the Month - February 2011 is Roger Ligon. Roger joined Brantley Security Services in January 2004. He is always on time and always in proper uniform. Roger's best asset is his attention to detail. He knows what is going on inside/outside the building and the surrounding properties. His reports of activities are well detailed and he prides himself in following protocol. He always lets the manager and client know of any suspicious people or activities in the area. Roger truly safeguards the tenants and clients property!
Joey Riordan
Officer of the Month - March 2011 is Joey Riordan. Joey joined Brantley Security Services in October 2010. He is always willing to go the extra mile for our client and to help with any extra coverage needed. Joey is accommodating to everyone and understands last minute changes. The client always goes out of her way to let us know how much she appreciates Joey's efforts and professionalism.
Mustafa Modi
Officer of the Month - April 2011 is Mustafa Modi. Mustafa joined Brantley Security Services in March 2011. Mustafa is at one of our newest accounts and has been instrumental in keeping our operation on track. Recently Mustafa has been in the lead position at the account until a new supervisor is identified. He has stepped up to help the branch office with anything needed. Mustafa is completing his studies for Law Enforcement and we are happy to have him as a part of the team!
Aaron Taylor
Officer of the Month - May 2011 is Aaron Taylor. Aaron joined Brantley Security Services in February 2010. He began with Brantley as a security officer at a lifestyle mall location. Through his hard work and consistent approach with our client he was promoted to the account supervisor. We have been impressed with Aaron's overall performance and leadership of his team. The client continues to recognize his professionalism and willingness to do whatever it takes to satisfy her expectations!
Tracey Hammonds
Officer of the Month - June 2011 is Tracey Hammonds. Tracey joined Brantley Security Services in January 2007. She has worked several positions at different accounts since starting with Brantley and always performs at 110%. No matter the issue Tracey is always professional and the clients have commented on her wonderful attitude. She is willing to bend over backwards to help the Brantley Management team no matter if it is the schedule or helping train another officer.
Tonya Tincher
Officer of the Month - July 2011 is Tonya Tincher. Tonya joined Brantley Security Services in April 2009. She has worked at the same account since beginning with Brantley providing top notch customer service. Her clients recognized her hard work and dedication they requested her specifically for a new account. Tonya is truly an asset and part of our client's team!
Tommy Scott
Officer of the Month - August 2011 is Tommy Scott. Tommy joined Brantley Security Services in October 2007. We want to recognize Tommy for his ability to step up when needed and act as the interim manager for one of our class "A" office buildings. Recently he filled in for our account manager at an account that was going through a property management change and also had a lot of unexpected developments. Tommy of course said he had an easy week, but, we know he had to deal with several stressful situations. He continues to impress the team with his dedication and hard work!
Sean Farrant
Officer of the Month - September 2011 is Sean Farrant. Sean joined Brantley Security Services in March 2009. He has always been a dependable and hard working employee, but recently Sean has really demonstrated his professionalism. The site he is assigned has recently gone through major client changes and Sean has taken the initiative to help lead our team. He has shown us he has the “whatever it takes attitude” by helping with additional training, being very flexible with his schedule, and is willing to participate in projects with our management staff. Sean has been the foundation of our service and we hope he can help us continue providing the service our client has come to expect.
Garry Spurlock
Officer of the Month - October 2011 is Garry Spurlock. Garry joined Brantley Security Services in March 2011. He began with us as a roving officer who is trained at all sites and available to work any shift. Just his ability and willingness to work with our scheduling and being able to help us at anytime is amazing in itself. However Garry has provided so much more by traveling to other cities to help with new accounts, training, and special events. Through it all Gary has done all of this with a smile! We are glad to have Garry as an officer and look forward to many more years.
